This is a microwave omelet recipe, perfect for breakfast.
- 1⁄2 cup liquid egg substitute
- 1⁄4 red pepper, chopped
- 1 slice Weight Watchers multi-grain bread
- Chop red peppers.
- Place red peppers, and the egg substitute in a bowl and mix.
- Cover and cook for 2 minutes in microwave.
- Toast bread and place omelet on bread.
