Ratio that I use to make pancakes that is easy to remember even early in the morning! 1-1-1-1-1-1-2!

  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together.
  2. Fold in milk, beaten egg, and melted butter or oil.
  3. Grease griddle or pan.
  4. Put about 1/4 cup batter on heated skillet.
  5. When bubbles start showing on the surface of the pancake, flip and continue cooking until done.

What a wonderful breakfast on a Sunday morning!! One of my daughters made these & they came out fluffy, delicious,& had a beautiful golden much better than the box stuff. Thanks, we"ll be making these often!!

The recipe is easy to remember but it did not taste very good. I will not be making these again.
