As the name implies, these are very easy to make, and so much better than the frozen kind.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut potatoes into wedges.
  3. Blend other ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl.
  4. Stir potato wedges into the mixture until thoroughly coated.
  5. Place potato wedges on cooking sheets, flat-side down.
  6. Cook for 20 minutes. Flip the potato wedges over so the other side gets cooked. Rotate pans front-to-back and cook for another 20 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle salt on the potato wedges if desired and serve.
