Easy Potato Chip Cookies

"Fast, easy potato chip cookies."

• Ingredients: 9
• Yields: 4-5 dozen

ingredients

• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 cup shortening
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 cups potato chips, rolled
• 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

directions

1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Roll into small balls and place on ungreased baking sheets.
3. Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
