Quick and easy way to make amazing cheesy potatoes either for a big party or for a small dinner!
- 1 lb 14 oz. ore-ida country style hash brown
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper
- mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and then transfer to a 8 by 12 baking dish.
- Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
- If desired, broil for 5 minutes to make the top layer crispy.
