- 6 frozen battered fish fillets (crispy or crunchy)
- 473.18 ml packaged coleslaw mix (multicolored)
- 29.58 ml cilantro (chopped)
- 1 lime
- 6 flour tortillas
- 59.14 ml mayonnaise
- 44.37 ml Russian salad dressing
- 1 avocado
- 118.29 ml pico de gallo
directions
- Prepare fish filets or fish sticks according to package directions.
- Separate 6 tortillas on a plate and microwave till warm, aprox. 30 seconds.
- Combine coleslaw and cilantro. Sprinkle the juice of the lime over coleslaw and toss.
- Mix mayo and Russian dressing for the sauce.
- Serve with Pico De Gallo and sliced avocado.
- Assemble and enjoy.
