- 453.59 g ground beef
- 118.29 ml Minute Rice
- 59.14 ml water
- 1.23 ml onion powder
- 1.23 ml pepper
- 2.46 ml salt
- 2 (609.51 g) can Campbell's condensed cream of celery soup
- 236.59 ml milk
directions
- In a large pot, heat Cream of Celery soup and milk on medium heat.
- Mix ground beef, rice, water, onion powder, salt and pepper until combined.
- Form into 1 inch balls
- Drop into soup.
- Cover and simmer on medium low for about 45 minutes.

This was a really easy recipe. I had to use 1 can cream of celery and 1 cream of mushroom as that's what I had. I did use more garlic powder, salt and pepper in the meatballs. This was really good over rice and I will definitely make this again. We served with green beans on the side but next time I'll put them in with the meatballs.
