  1. Melt together the chocolate and sugar, Let cool.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time.
  3. Add flour.
  4. Stir in vanilla, salt and coffee granules.
  5. Spread into a greased 8 x 8-inch square pan.
  6. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350°F until tests done with a straw.
