Easy Chicken Enchiladas

"When I was growing up in southern California, this dish made with green enchilada sauce was called enchiladas suiza. It is good with either color of sauce in my opinion."

ingredients

• 10 flour tortillas
• 10 ounces cream of chicken soup
• 8 ounces sour cream
• 4 chicken breasts, cooked, cubed
• 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
• 1 (2 1/4 ounce) can sliced black olives
• 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 (16 ounce) can enchilada sauce

directions

1. Combine soup and sour cream; stir in chicken, chiles and olives.
2. Spoon â…“ to ½ cup chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla; top with 1-2 Tbsp cheese.
3. Roll up and place seam side down in a greased 13x9 dish.
4. Pour enchilada sauce over top; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
5. Bake, uncovered @ 350 for 35 minutes or until heated through.
