This is a great side dish for company. It only has 3 steps, too! This will serve 8.
- 1⁄2 lb mushroom, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 (10 ounce) packagesfrozen baby English peas
- 1 (3 1/4 ounce) jar cocktail onions, drained
- 1 (2 ounce) jar chopped pimiento, drained
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- Saute mushrooms in butter.
- Cook peas until tender.
- Combine all ingredients & heat.
