  1. Peel and slice cucumbers.
  2. Peel and dice onion.
  3. Mix cucumbers, onion, mayo, sugar, salt and pepper.
  4. Let chill for at least 2 hours then serve.

I make this all the time in the summer. I leave out the onion though. Very good.

Good one actually and I omitted the sugar and used fresh lime juice to add that ZING!!
