Dinner Rolls in the Bread Maker

ingredients

• 1 cup water
• 2 tablespoons margarine, softened
• 1 egg
• 3 1⁄4 cups flour, better for bread
• 1⁄4 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3 teaspoons bread machine yeast or 3 teaspoons active dry yeast

directions

1. Place all dough ingredients in bread machine in the order listed. Press select until the number 9 is displayed indicating the dough cycle. Press start Grease cookie sheets. Divide dough into 15 pieces and shape into balls. Place balls 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Brush with melted margarine. Cover and let rise until doubled in size, about 30-40 minutes. Heat oven to 375 and bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with margarine if desired.
