- 2267.96 g new potatoes, chunked but not peeled
- 78.78 ml olive oil
- 118.29 ml Miracle Whip
- 118.29 ml ranch dressing
- 118.29 ml sour cream
- 59.14 ml cream cheese with garlic and herbs
- 14.79 ml mustard
- 78.78-118.29 ml fresh dill weed, chopped
- 59.14 ml green onion, chopped
- 4.92 ml garlic powder
- salt
- pepper
- 473.18 ml dill pickles, chopped (optional)
- paprika
directions
- Boil the potatoes.
- Drain them and pour the olive oil over the hot potatoes.
- In a 4 cup measuring cup mix together the miracle whip, ranch dressing, sour cream, herb and garlic cream cheese, mustard, fresh dill weed, green onions, garlic powder, salt & pepper, and pickles.
- Pour mixture over the HOT potatoes and mix well.
- Leave it to cool.
- Sprinkle paprika on top.
