Really awesome topping for the hot summer
- 2 cups white zinfandel wine
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups fresh berries (any kind, if you use strawberries slice them)
- In large Tupperware container combine wine and sugar.
- Stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Add berries.
- Cover bowl and refrigerate overnight.
- Spoon on top of angel food cakes, ice cream, frozen yogurt or use as topping for cheesecake (my fav).
