I didn't eat Macaroni Salad until my boyfriend made me try his mother.... Now I can't get enough of it!
- 16 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 hard-boiled egg, slice to top macaroni salad with
- In a large bowl add all ingredients(except the one egg).
- Place sliced egg on top.
