"I didn't eat Macaroni Salad until my boyfriend made me try his mother.... Now I can't get enough of it!"

ingredients

• 16 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
• 1 stalk celery, diced
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 2 hard-boiled eggs, grated
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
• 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
• 1 hard-boiled egg, slice to top macaroni salad with

directions

1. In a large bowl add all ingredients(except the one egg).
2. Place sliced egg on top.
3. Chill.
