directions

  • mix eggs with oregano and pepper
  • in pan saute mushrooms in butter
  • take out mushrooms.
  • pour eggs in butter
  • add back mushrooms
  • add olives spinach and cheese
  • cook until done
  • fold over plate
  • garnish with tomatoes and green onion.
