- 157.80 ml white cornmeal
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 118.29 ml green pepper, chopped
- 118.29 ml green onion, chopped
- 396.89 g white cream-style corn
- 78.78 ml vegetable oil
- 236.59 ml sour cream
- 473.18 ml cheddar cheese, grated
directions
- Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
- Pour into ungreased 9x12 pyrex.
- Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes until lightly browned.
