My son came upon this concoction about 5 years ago. Now he will make up a big batch when he is home on break and keep them in a ziploc in the refrigerator. Whole family loves 'em. I make them for parties and they get eaten up straight away. Sounds strange but tastes great!!
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1⁄4 lb hard salami
