Dan's Salami Roll-Ups
"My son came upon this concoction about 5 years ago. Now he will make up a big batch when he is home on break and keep them in a ziploc in the refrigerator. Whole family loves 'em. I make them for parties and they get eaten up straight away. Sounds strange but tastes great!!"

40-50 roll-ups
ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1⁄4 lb hard salami
directions
- Spread cream cheese on one side of salami, making sure to cover whole thing.
- Roll-up, secure with toothpick. Continue with each slice.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Enjoy!

So easy and so delicious! I added some green onions to some. We have been making these for years and they make a great snack, as well as appetizer.

I love to cook! My house is usually full of my kids friends because their moms do not cook from scratch and they cannot believe how good food can taste! I have a DH, two children, a DD (17) and a DS (20), but I usually cook for 10 every night!! Then there is the love of my life, my grandson Damian (2). Wow!! What a gift from above.
My dad had a heart attack when I was nine, so my mom stopped cooking a big meal at night and started cooking a big meal for lunch (dinner). Well, I still had to go to school. Leftovers got really old really fast, so I started cooking. And the rest ~as they say~is history!!
