- 311.84 g can mandarin orange sections, drained
- 709.77 ml cooked chicken (about 1 lb.) or 709.77 ml cooked turkey (about 1 lb.)
- 473.18 ml red seedless grapes, halved
- 226.79 g can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 236.59 ml thinly sliced celery
- 78.78 ml light mayonnaise or 78.78 ml salad dressing
- 78.78 ml lemon low fat yogurt
- 9.85 ml soy sauce
- 4.92 ml curry powder
directions
- In large bowl combine oranges, chicken, grapes, water chestnuts, and celery.
- For dressing stir together mayonnaise, yogurt, soy sauce, and curry powder. Pour over chicken mixture and toss gently to coat. Cover and rerigerate 4 to 24 hours.
