- 1 (6 ounce) box seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1 (1 lb) bag frozen precooked meatballs, thawed
- 1 cup colby cheese, grated (4 oz.)
directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 9" x 13" baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions. Set aside.
- Combine the soup and milk. Stir in the vegetables. Spoon into prepared baking dish. Place meatballs eveny over vegetable mixture. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Spoon prepared stuffing mixture over all.
- Bake, uncovered, 25-30 minutes.
