- 1360.77-1814.36 g rump roast
- 226.79 g can tomato sauce (no sugar added variety)
- 591.47 ml water
- 4.92 ml salt
- 4.92 ml ground black pepper
- 4.92 ml parsley flakes
- 4.92 ml garlic powder
- 4.92 ml basil
- 4.92 ml oregano
- 0.25 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 0.25 ml soy sauce
- 18.90 g package Italian salad dressing mix
directions
- Put roast in crock pot.
- Combine remaining ingredients in sauce pan and cook over medium-high heat until mixture comes to a full boil.
- Remove from heat and pour over roast in crock pot.
- Cook on HIGH setting for 6 to 8 hours.
- About 1 and 1/2 hours before serving, flake meat apart and continue cooking.
