ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 8 ounces salsa
- 14 ounces nacho cheese soup
- 8 slices Velveeta cheese
directions
- Brown ground beef and onions in saucepan. Drain. Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
- Cover. Cook on low 4 hours. Stir occassionally.
