  1. This was delicious. Everyone in my family loved it, even my hubby, who isn't a big fan of bbq beef. I didn't have dijon mustard at home so I used some regular mustard instead. Can't wait to make this again. This recipe will become a regular in our house. Thanks!

  2. This was so yummy and easy to boot, thanks for sharing, have made twice now and always get requests for the recipe-wonderful!! I am making it again tomorrow for my pampered chef party-sure it will be a hit :)

  3. This is great!!! So easy and you can use different meats. I have made it with chuck roast and with brisket and they both come out great. If you have run out of time cook it on high for about 3 hrs then shred and cook for another hour.

  4. Yummy!!! Fed this to a group of teenage boys along with # 112299. They loved them both. Great recipe to feed a crowd and so easy to make. Thanks!

  5. This was AWESOME! I dont think I'll ever make another BBQ crock pot recipe. I'm anxious to try this with other types of meat. I did a half recipe for me and my husband, I'm not sure if it was just the chuck roast (my favorite roast cut) but it definitely made my weekend!

Well.. my mother did not teach me many things about cooking. We had the same things much of the time. So here I am! I have had fun learning how. My family must feel like guinea pigs, but most of the time they like what i try. I live on Whidbey Island in Washington State. Pretty rainy most of the time.
