- Blend soup, milk and pepper.
- Layer potato, onion, soup mixture and 1 cup cheese in a 1 1/2 qt casserole.
- Top with remaining cheese and paprika.
- Cover.
- Bake 375F for 60 mins.
- Uncover.
- Bake additional 15 mins.

These potatoes go really well with baked ham. I halved the recipe and used a 1 quart baking dish with a lid. I did not have cream of mushroom soup, so used cream of potato soup. Since the potato soup is so thick, I did use the full 1/2 cup of milk. I also baked this in my toaster oven and lowered the heat to 350 since it tends to cook on the hot side . Potatoes were perfectly done in the stated time and the aroma was wonderful.
