This is quick and yummy--great for little gettogethers. Prep time includes refrigeration time.
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1⁄2 cup chopped red roasted red pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Mix cream and milk with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Blend in remaining ingredients.
- Serve with crackers or assorted cut-up veggies.
