ingredients

• 2 large garlic cloves, halved
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1⁄4 teaspoon white pepper

directions

1. In a small skillet cook garlic in butter over low heat for 5 minutes until garlic is golden.
2. Put in a blender. Add mayonnaise and pepper; process until smooth. Makes 1 cup.
