  1. Toss cucumber with salt and set in a colander for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally, rinse and dry.
  2. Whisk the yogurt cheese, vinager, ½ tsp salt, dill and pepper in a bowl until smoth.
  3. Add cucumber and onions and toss to coat, chill.
