- 1 (14 ounce) can whole kernel corn (drained)
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder (not salt)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
directions
- Over low heat, combine cream cheese, milk, butter, onion powder and salt. Stir until melted and creamy. Drain the corn, add to cream mixture.

This was very good and easy to make. I added some dried chives from another recipe. Also, I think I would cut back a little on the milk to make the aauce a bit thicker. -
This corn was awesome! My sister makes a similar recipe and just throws it all in a crockpot on low. I did add 2 slices of American cheese to give it a little extra creaminess, but it didn't change it a bit. YUM! Loved it.
