"This is soft and yummy like the bread you buy from the store but without the preservative. Got this recipe from http://myrecipe.org"

• Yields: 1 loaf
• Serves: 2-4

ingredients

• 160 g water
• 250 g bread flour
• 50 g cream cheese
• 10 g powdered milk
• 15 g sugar
• 3 g salt
• 20 g butter
• 2 1⁄2 g dry yeast

directions

1. 1. Put the ingredients in the bread machine on regular or fast loaf cycle.
2. 2. Slice and enjoy.

To the person who wants to convert the recipe to US measurements---if you will look where it tells how many it serves (under the description of the recipe) you will find a conversion to US circle, which you can check. It will give you US weights. I use a postal scale to weigh with.

This recipe looks easy to make, and I would love to make it, but, how do I know how much water, flour, cream cheese etc. I need to make it, please state in english whether cups, or how much tbs or tsp.
