  1. To the person who wants to convert the recipe to US measurements---if you will look where it tells how many it serves (under the description of the recipe) you will find a conversion to US circle, which you can check. It will give you US weights. I use a postal scale to weigh with.
     
  2. This recipe looks easy to make, and I would love to make it, but, how do I know how much water, flour, cream cheese etc. I need to make it, please state in english whether cups, or how much tbs or tsp.

I started my cooking journey full blown about 4 years ago because my kids started to eat more solids and we moved to a little town. I wanted to Introduce my kids to a different variety of food hence I cooked them at home since we can't get them out here.
