  • Sift dry ingredients.
  • Cut in 1/4 cup of butter.
  • Add the cream.
  • Roll out on a floured board.
  • Cut with a 2-inch cutter.
  • Bake on an ungreased pan in a hot oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.

  1. Wonderful. I do not keep buttermilk in the house and did not want to use shortening, so I tried these. Wonderful flavor. Great to use for Biscuit egg and cheese sandwiches. Instead of rolling them out, I rolled into a ball and then flatten came out amazing. Will add to my must haves for family Sunday breakfast.

  3. These were super easy to make, and my family liked them. My husband asked for biscuits this morning. I usually use buttermilk & shortening, but didn't have any. I did have these ingredients, & decided to try it. I'm glad I did.
