I have made this twice for dinner parties. The first time I made it, I used half apple juice and half cranberry juice. Everyone loved it and the quadrupled batch was gone quickly. The second time I made it I used all cranberry juice. It was tart, a bit more tart than cranberry juice by itself with some “tea aftertaste. Without the apple juice it wasn’t as popular. No one wanted seconds. I’ll probably make this again, but I’ll always use half apple juice.
