A quick make ahead cranberry sauce


  1. Wash cranberries.
  2. Pick through to remove any stems.
  3. In a saucepan mix sugar and water.
  4. Stir to dissolve sugar.
  5. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Boil gently 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove from heat, cool completely at room temperature and refrigerate.
