  • Preheat oven to 400°; grease bottom and sides of 8-inch square pan with shortening or cooking spray.
  • In a bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, 1/3 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add in eggs, milk, and oil; beat with a spoon until mixed.
  • In a small bowl, toss cranberries with 2 T sugar until coated; fold into batter.
  • Transfer batter to pan; smooth top.
  • Bake 25-30 minutes or until pick comes out clean; serve warm.
