- 118.29 ml mayonnaise
- 29.58 ml all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 118.29 ml milk
- 340.19-453.59 g lump crabmeat, flaked and picked over
- 78.78 ml chopped green onion
- 14.79 ml chopped parsley
- 4.92 ml salt
- 2.46 ml pepper
- 473.18 ml shredded swiss cheese
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
directions
- In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk.
- Add next 6 ingredients and mix well.
- Spoon into the pastry shell.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tests done.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
