Hey girlie, you have got yourself a FANTASTIC recipe here. Absolutely. I wasn't sure what "1/4 package" of feta meant, so I guessed and used 100g. Also no package sizing for the couscous was given. I used a 500g box (1 lb) and doubled everything else as I suspected I had a large pack of couscous. Used shallots instead of chives, and had no parsley, but truly, it was five star even without them. This is now a firm favourite salad for our family. Maybe just clarify those things for future reviews?


  1. Make 1 box couscous per instructions. Chop up 1/2 of a green apple, 12 cherry tomatoes, 1/4 of a red onion, parsley, basil and chives into small pieces. Combine room temperature or cooled couscous, apple, tomatoes, feta, onion, parsley, chives, basil, raisins into bowl. Squeeze in 1/2-1 lemon and pepper to taste. Mix. Let cool.
