This recipe came from my niece-in-law. Her mother made this for her family and had to make more just so my niece could get some. Very easy and quite delicious!
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 (15 ounce) bagspepperidge farms seasoned stuffing mix
- 2 (10 ounce) bagschopped frozen onions
- Crumble meat, season as usual, drain fat.
- Mix FROZEN onions into meat.
- Fold in stuffing mix.
- Place in 9 x 13 glass dish.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes, to heat throughly.
