Another one of my Grandmother's recipes, again, I do not know where she got the recipe.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cornbread mix
  • 3 cups summer squash, thinly sliced
  • 13 cup oil
  • 12 cup cheese, shredded
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 dash hot pepper sauce, if desired

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients togther and pour into a greased 10 inch casserole dish.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
