Another one of my Grandmother's recipes, again, I do not know where she got the recipe.
- 1 (8 ounce) package cornbread mix
- 3 cups summer squash, thinly sliced
- 1⁄3 cup oil
- 1⁄2 cup cheese, shredded
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce, if desired
- Mix all ingredients togther and pour into a greased 10 inch casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
