Corn Salsa

Ingredients:

Servings: 8

• 4 cups frozen corn
• 1⁄3; cup diced tomato
• ¼ cup diced onion
• ½ lb bacon , chopped
• 2 tablespoons black pepper
• ½ teaspoon sage
• ¾ teaspoon brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon cilantro

Directions:

1. cook up the bacon with all the seasoning, adding the onions when the bacon is about 3/4 of the way done.
2. add the corn and tomatoes, and let simmer for a few minutes, stirring occasionally until everything is hot.
