Tasty muffins. I only used 1/2 cup of butter and they still turned out great. I was a little worried b/c the batter was runnier than I am used to, but they were fine.

  1. Preheat 350.
  2. Grease the muffin tin.
  3. Mix together the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in the liquid ingredients (Eggs- slightly beaten, butter-melted and cooled off). Blend until slightly lumpy and just combined.
  4. Bake 18-20 Minutes.
