hmmm.. what a wonderful recipe! I used some sharp cheddar + fontina. I served it with some hot homemade salsa on the side. Just spen~did! Thank you very much for this.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cans cream-style corn
  • 14 cup chopped onion
  • 1 12 cups breadcrumbs
  • 3 eggs, beaten well
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 18 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter

Directions

  1. Stir ingredients together well and bake in a 2 quart dish at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
