"This cookie in a cup is light and easy. It's more cakes than oven baked cookies but still delicious!"

ingredients

• 1 tablespoon melted butter
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 3 tablespoons flour
• 1 egg
• candy sprinkles (optional)
• icing (optional)

directions

1. Mix butter and sugar together.
2. Add the egg.
3. Mix in the flour until like dough.
4. Add sprinkles.
5. Microwave for 1 minute 45 seconds.
6. Pour on icing whilst hot.
