"I got this recipe from a friend. There are similar recipes on Food.com, but none that I could find that were like this one. I bring this recipe to potlucks and everyone always raves about it."

  • Chop onion and cashews.
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Best after mixed to let sit in fridge for several hours.
  • White vinegar may be substituted for apple cider vinegar.

  1. Great recipe - I've made this a few times now and always get great compliments. I only had walnuts in the house this time but it turned out almost as good as with cashews.
