  1. Scald milk, remove from heat. Mix together milk, coffee, sugar, cinnamon, cloves & vanilla. Chill. To serve: spoon ice cream into punch bowl. Add brandy and stir in chilled coffee mixture.

I really enjoyed this, and would have given it a 5, but it wasn't very popular at the BBQ I took it to. I personally found it suprisingly refreshing, and I love the slightly exotic taste the cloves gave it. It is extremely hot here at the moment, so the icecream was served as a scoop in the bottom of the glass, instead of putting it all straight n the punch (we figured it would melt n the first 10 minutes! lol). I made this with skim milk, and only used 1/4 cup of sugar. I will absolutely make it again, but will make it in half batches for myself in future. Thankyou for a new yummy drink! [Made for PRMR]
