An easy dip to make. Cooking time is the refrigeration time.
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 6 1⁄2 ounces minced clams, drained and save broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 0.5 (2 7/8 ounce) package onion soup mix
- assorted fresh vegetable, for dippers
- Mix cream cheese and reserved clam liquid.
- Stir in clams, sour cream and dry soup mix.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Serve with vegetables.
