Keeps up to five days in fridge. The sherry vinegar makes it mellow, if you can't find any use a mild vinegar like rice vinegar.
- 1⁄4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons sherry wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground pepper
- Combine all and whisk or shake to blend. Use immediately, or refrigerate up to 5 days.
