My favorite homemade dressing recipe! I add a few cranks of fresh black pepper and 1 smashed garlic clove to each batch, and usually at least triple it. I make it in a quart Ball jar and I'm not sure how long it keeps, it's never lasted that long! But for those who mentioned it "concealing", that's just the olive oil solidifying in a cold fridge. Leave it on the counter for a couple of hours and give it a good shake, it'll be fine!

Great tasting vinaigrette, easy to make. Just note though that on the 4th day the dressing starts to congeal so don’t make a lot. Only make what you will use in a couple days.

This was very easy to make and tasted great. Next time I might add a bit of orange zest. Recommend.

Need a dash of S&P and needs to set up a few minutes before serving but delicious overall without much tweak. Had mine with baby lettuce, baby spinach, paper thin shallots, segmented oranges and goat cheese. ?? Could eat a bucket full.
