  1. Mix Dry ingredients and raisins.
  2. Combine the rest.
  3. Cook 400F for ~15min.

Great recipe! I used a glueten free flour, omitted raisins and used egg whites instead of egg substitute. Turned out very moist and actually baked for 25 min. Only suggestion would be to add a little salt.

My entire family loved this bread! Very tasty! I did reduce the sugar to 1/2 cup and it was still very sweet (I think I'll try 1/4 c honey next time). Also I used rice milk and flax gel instead of egg beater-worked great. One final note though, it took my bread about 40 min instead of 15-but it was worth the wait. Can't wait to make french toast-if there is any left!
