Chunky Potato Bacon Soup

"This is made with convenience ingredients, yes, even cream of soup. But it's so good! And I used the low fat cream soup, and light cheese. Very hearty and comforting on a cold night, and SO quick to prepare!"

  1. I have no problem with recipes using "cream of" soups. This really hit the spot with everyone. Perfect for a cold day when you don't want to spend a lot of time cooking. Great flavor!!! Thank you so much, leeannr.

  2. This is good, I have the same recipe except adding french fried onions over the top.

  3. Very quick and easy soup. Worcestershire sauce was a new ingredient for me to add to potato soup. The soup tasted pretty good. My husband thought the soup rated 5 stars and he doesn't care for potato soup. Thanks ciao. Bullwinkle.

  4. I made this recipe for a large group. It took longer then expected to get the potatoes to get done. The reheat the following day was out of this world.
