- 709.77 ml arugula, chopped
- 0 avocado, diced
- 1 medium yellow tomatoes, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 29.58 ml red onions, chopped
- 59.14 ml golden raisin
- 118.29 ml chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 skinless chicken breast, grilled and chopped (6 oz)
- 9.85 ml sunflower seeds

Dressing
- 14.79 ml olive oil
- 2.46 ml orange zest
- 29.58 ml lime juice
- 14.79 ml honey
- 4.92 ml cinnamon
- 1.23 ml cumin, ground
directions
- 1 Combine all dressing ingredients in a blender or food processor, or whisk together until smooth.
- 2 In a large bowl, combine arugula, avocado, tomato, cucumber, onion, raisins, chickpeas, and chicken. Toss well with dressing.
- 3 Top with sunflower seeds.
