This recipe is from TOH Cooking for 2, Winter 2008. My mother is lactose intolerant and I was looking for a way to give her a sweet treat. This fit the bill nicely. This is my spin.


  1. In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients. Cover and process until smooth. Transfer to 2 dessert dishes. Refrigerate until serving.
